Can i overclocl to 3.0ghz

i would never recommend an o/c with stock cooling, especially with amd. and even if it was stable, you most likely wouldn't notice a difference, unless you were benchmarking.

download HWmonitor or Core Temp and check what your Temperature is within windows.
If it is around 30-45 in idle, then try to OC it.
I am actually doing the same thing, I got an increase of 400mhz on a phenom x3.
if anything goes wrong your motherboard will let you know.
you can also activate the Temperature warning in your bios just to be on the safe side.
some people can go up to 90c without burning their CPU's.
in my opinion, go ahead and try, why the heck not.
I see an improvement with 400mhz, you might see some with 200mhz.

you can try, but stock amd coolers are crap, so it might blow up. i recommend investing in a decent cooler first.
lol 10c? hmmmm I have never seen that before. You must be living somewhere really cold lol.

no need for replies. as stated earlier, you are using a stock cooler, dont expect to be able to overclock.
