Basically, the button is annoying. When i try to grip the mouse, my thumb touches it and it's not comfortable. When i try to grip the mouse without my thumb touching it, it starts to hurt. I am not using this button for anything at all so i want to remove it.I have this mouse for 2 days so i might need more time with it but just so you know - I am NOT returning it or buying another mouse.

Solution
Very likely that trying to remove the button will break the mouse. Either externally (cosmetically), internally (stops working), or both. Warranty voided in any case.....

You stated that you are not using the button for anything - does that mean that you configured or disabled the button in some manner?

E.g., the G Hub Early Access Manual:

Just do as you posted: "I might need more time with it".

Perhaps just a small bit of padding and double sided tape may help refit the mouse as you require. Non-destructive and you can experiment and redo the fit and feel to your needs.
