Can I play Far Cry 4 on Intel HD 4000 ? In Lowest Graphics Mode ?

maybe yes at the lowest graphics but it may have some lagging.
In my opinion for farcry 4 gtx 680 and above is more sure.

that's not a good gpu. Minimum I would recommend is fx 6300 and gtx 750ti or simply a good APU

APUS work with nvidia gpus but I recommend using APUS alone, without gpu. If you want a gpu, you should buy an fx 6300, which is the absolute best bang for your buck atm. single CPUS are cheaper and perform better (as a cpu) than APUS.
There is around 14% performance difference between gtx 750 and 750ti. 750ti is a very capable gpu, it's able to run any game without any problem, while the 750 struggles in some games.

fx 6300 with gtx 750 (non ti) seems to work very good. If you have the money, I would suggest a gtx 750 ti, though.

this one, for instance (try to get 2gb VRAM and dual fan if you get the ti) looks great.
If you really are on a tight budget, you could get an APU and when you have some money get the gtx 750ti

I would not get anything less than a 750ti to play FC4. You can play all low settings and no AA @ 1080p while maintaining around 30fps which is likely still better than the new consoles.

Heard AMD CPUs require more power.. I already bought Corsair CX430M PSU. WIll it support all power requirements including 750Ti ?

I would highly recommend fx 6300, since it's a six core and will last way longer in games.

believe me...i have played Far Cry 4.I have Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 laptop.Intel core i5 3317U processor,4 GB RAM and Intel HD graphics 4000.for me it's playable.but it is running smooth on 800X600 Screen resolution.I also played it on 1240X780 resolution.you can play it arround 25 fps.but it's just a bit laggy but not so much.yes of course it will run.
