I do not have a RGB header on my motherboard the Z170a Krait gaming but whant to use an RGB LED strip. Can I plug this Universal LED Strip - RGB//http://www.coolermaster.com/case/case-accessories/universal-led-strip-rgb/ into the Cooler master fan controller I have one slot left on it.

That depends on your fan controller. Without knowing if you have built-in fan controller or aftermarket one, i can't say for sure.

For example, in my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), i have a Thermaltake Commander F6 RGB fan controller. It has 6 channels and channels #5 and #6 does have support for LED strip. So, if i'd want to, i could install 2x LED strips to my fan controller and control them from my fan controller. But since i have NZXT HUE+ setup inside my PC that also includes LED strips, there's no need for me to install additional LED strips to my fan controller.
