Hello.
Can I put a T9300 processor at 2.5 GHz in a Dell Inspiron E1720?

My understanding is that both the T9300 and my existing T7300 (at 2.0 GHz) have 800 MHz Front Side Busses.
I would like to put a T9600 at 2.8 GHz in there, but it has a 1066 MHz Front Side Bus. Am I correct in assuming that I cannot put a 1066 FSB processor in a Dell Laptop that was built for an 800 MHz FSB processor? Or is it possible? (I talked with Dell Tech Support, and they told me that it was not possible to upgrade the processor at all.)
I need to run a specialty video capture application (Cineform Neo HD), and it requires a minimum of a 2.4 GHz processor, and preferably 2.6 or above, so I need to get the fastest CPU I can.
Thank you very much for your help.
