Can I record 1080 30-60FPS with the specs that are given below?

Hello everyone

I'm planning on buying this PC with these specs;

GPU; Asus GTX970 Strix 4gb gddr5
CPU; 8-Core processor AMD FX 8350 4.0GhZ
HDD; SATA III WD Blue Desktop HDD 1TB 7200rpm
8gb RAM
So I was I wondering, if with these specs I can record 1080p 30-60FPS gameplay with modern games (Black Ops 3, Battlfront EA, Battlefield 4 and Rainbow Six Siege).
Not necessarily on max settings,

Yea, you can record everything on max settings with min 60 fps!!! This is amazing configuration!!! Even Battlefront 2015 (that is the heaviest game of 2015 with Fallout 4 and The Witcher 3) If u have any questions, please ask!!! 😉

PS: One of the best configuration which I ever seen!!! 😉
