[SOLVED] Can I reinstall windows on a new drive without deleting files on the drive?

I am trying to transfer windows onto my new SSD and wipe my old HDD. I copied all the files I want to keep onto the SSD but I am unsure what the best way to go about doing this is without losing files.

The best option is to clone the drive if you are wanting to transfer everything/most stuff with your windows install.
Download the appropriate software from your drive makers website.
You can also use the free version of Macrium Reflect.
