can i replace hp compaq 8000 case?

hi guys i have an hp compaq 8000 elite sff

core 2 duo e8400 3ghz LGA 775
2gb ram drr3
gt 610 low profile

and im planing to buy a rx 460 because it does not require a cable or 6 pin from the psu but the problem is that card is a litle bit bigger than my pc case and it cannot fit
but my question is can i replace the case with another bigger one like the hp compaq 8000 cmt or any other case so that motherboard and psu and gpu can fit??

Sorry, you can't because the I/O Shield Back Panel that cannot be remove.

Also you cannot use the hp compaq 8000 cmt either, here is the picture for the hp compaq 8000 cmt. You can see they are totally different ( the expansion slots for the GPU). For your pc they are in the left side, but other one is in the right side.
