Question Can I Rotate a Noctua NH-U9S 90

Can I rotate a Noctua NH-U9S 90 degrees? I rebuilt my pc in an htpc case and case fans are only oriented from left to right. The Noctua cooler blows towards the back. Can the mount or fan orientation be rotated 90 degrees and if so how??

the cooler can be oriented either to have the air flow being towards the top or towards the rear of the case.
