Question Can i run 5700x3d + 4060 ti 16 gb on SeaSonic 500w ?

That Seasonic unit is actually an expensive paperweight. You should look at a reliably built 650W unit to power the entire build. As for your build, you should look at a 2x16GB kit instead of 4 sticks of ram, that would lend to less stress on the integrated memory controller + look at a dual channel DDR4-3600MHz ram kit with tight latencies, to get the most out of your Ryzen 5000 series platform.

Where are you located, what sort of a budget have you set aside for your PSU purchase and what is your preferred site for purchase?

So i can't use 5700x3d over 5600 which im using right now along build i mention ?, Im using 4 sticks of ram cuz i got them on sick sale like 2x8 and later 2x8 as gift, I'm from egypt and i upgraded from rx 6600 to 4060 ti 16 GB cuz i won't need to upgrade psu and now im thinking to upgrade ryzen 5 5600 to 5700x3d
