Can I run a GTX 1070?

This is my setup! Can I run a GTX 1070 or it will bottleneck?

Intel i5 4690 3.50Ghz

Motherboard Gigabyte GA H97M GAMING 3 LGA 1150

DDR3 16GB (4 x 4) 1866MHz

HD Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003 7200RPM 64MB SATA III

I'd definitely upgrade that PSU; it's very low quality and is only capable of 432W on the +12V rail.

Other than that your CPU will do well, only seeing slight limitations in CPU heavy games.

Cool! Thanks for the reply! And if I upgrade the GPU and the PSU, for how long you think this PC will be able to run every new game in decent settings?

The GTX 1070 will certainly give that PC some gaming legs in to the future. Maybe by the time your CPU shows larger limitations a used i7-4770/4790K will be very affordable.
