Can i run Battlefield 4

Hi everyone i have asked two EA game advisers now everything on my computer is above recommended for battlefield 4 but my processor with is AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz i told those 2 game advisors i would be running low settings and resolution they said i would have no lag actually one said i would get 60-65 fps which blew me away is that true.(I think it is because i have played splinter cell blacklist like that with low resolution and settings with no lag so i do think it is true but what do you think)

What is your native resolution?

You MAY be able to play the single player at low settings at around 40FPS at 768p.

But multiplayer will lag like crazy on anything above 20 players.
