Can I run BF4 ULTRA Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti 2GB DDR5 at 60+FPS

I'm sorry but that doesn't answer my question. I went on the website but it hardly gives any help just the requirements.

No you can't run the game on Ultra @1080 (1920 x 1080). The 560ti and the 650 ti will be able to do Medium settings. If you want to run Ultra, you will need to spend a more money for a 760 GTX, a 770 GTX, 270x, or 280x. However, your CPU is a weaker CPU. In order to play BF4 multiplayer on Ultra, you'll need a strong FX or i5 CPU.

BF4 is a very system intense game.

Thanks for the help guys. I just got off the line with a friend and he recommends upgrading my PSU to 700W and getting XFX HD 7850 2GB GDDR5. He says this should allow me to run BF4 at ultra but not at 60+ but rather 45+

First stop. Don't buy a 700w PSU. You don't need it. 600w is fine unless you plan on buying a second card for SLI of CF.

Second, did you even read the link I posted? The 7850 will not run Ultra either. Since you didn't, I'll post the image below.

Mantle will help, but again, in my opinion, on your low budget, sustainable Ultra settings out of reach.

I have a r9 270 and that is better than a 7850 by a good bit and I cant run bf4 maxed. I had to get two r9 270s to run it maxed and still even then if I go over 1080p they struggle

My apologies I did not see that you had posted it. After some review footage do you think this will be able to run in high settings the XFX RADEON 7870 2GB?

dont forget your cpu is very weak. it is an apu, which has graphics included. You are getting a graphics card, so you dont need an apu. you need an fx series processor or an i5. an i3 may work (stressing may) but not at ultra. an fx 6300 or non k i5 would do fine. if you can stretch the budget at all an fx 8320 will be better, but an i5 will be better than both of those

I'm gonna be spending £500

It will be from scratch the only things that dont need to be included are peripherals (monitor, mouse & keyboard)

Yeah, sustainable FPS on Ultra aren't going to be achievable on that budget. You will need to spend at least another 100 quid to play Ultra @1080. You may be able to do Ultra at a lower resolution. But the frames in BF4 fluctuate quite a bit. Windows 8 and 8.1 are known to have a higher minimal frame rates compared to W7.
