Can I run BF4?

I have a 2.4 ghz i7 processor, 8GB RAM, and intel hd graphics 4000 all inside a laptop. I can run BF3 on low at 30 FPS.

Possibly, but it will most likely be unplayable. 30 FPS is pushing it, and, for me at least, BF4 gives me lower FPS than BF3.

Personally, thirty FPS is pretty low. Also, yes, some problems are due to optimization, but it is also a more intensive game in general (although not to a super large extent). Just speaking from experience here.

It's not going to do any harm. You're welcome to play it if you want. This thread wasn't about "suggestions", per se, it was about whether or not your system can run BF4. In my honest opinion, you're not going to have much fun. However, there is practically no way that it could harm you, so it's all up to you whether or not you want to play it.
