You're having a better processor, RAM, should get at least 25-30+ FPS, with low/medium graphical fidelity @720p.

Of course you can. I played farcry 3 on e6600 ,2gb ram , geforce 210 1gb vram. @ 25+- fps low resolution thoug . But with ur setting playable at low res for sure

Sorry But You Will Not Be Able To Run Far Cry 4 Properly....
It Will Lag At Lowest Settings Also And Will Be Unplayable...
I Will Recommend You To Get A New GPU...
