Will I be able to run GTA 5 on one monitor when it comes out on steam at the end of this month?

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz (4 cores)
GPU Sapphire TRI-X OC R9 290 4GB
RAM: 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3
MOBO: Hewlett-Packard 2AF7
PSU: Corsair 750 watt

Windows 8.1

Actually it's a HP Pavilion 500 PC Series I just replaced the power supply and graphics card.

But you have an I5 and an I5 overclocked is still pretty good.
