Can I run Grand Theft Auto V?

Hello,
I've got a desktop computer, all in one, with Intel Core I3 and with the graphics card NVidia GeForce 710A.
I also got a laptop with Intel Core I5 and with the graphics card GeForce GT 525M
Can one of my computers be able to run Grand Theft Auto V?
Also, both have them have 4 GB ram.
According to can you run it website, my laptop's CPU can't run GTA V but the desktop PC can which is weird because both of them can barely run watch dogs (which is my favorite game) and APB Reloaded, so this? This is just my thoughts, I am not good at hardware.

I think your desktop PC will be able to run gta V may have to be on lower settings but it is a very well optimised game!
