Can I run Hitman Absolution?

My pc specs are
intel core 2 duo e6550 2.33ghz
2gb ddr3 ram
windows 7
Zotac Nvidia geforce 210 1gb ddr3 OC'd to 657 core and 703 mem(stable)

My question is can i run hitman absolution on med with about 30 fps?

If you're lucky,you'll be able to play it in 640x480 res. While the useless graphics card(Mine too) may be able to render the game at that resolution,the core 2 duo,and the 2 GB RAM will make it very difficult to play any game released after 2008.
I seriously recommend upgrades of the processor to atleast a Core i3,and RAM to at least 4 GB RAM.
Else,you'll be stuck playing NFS Most Wanted all the time.

You made the minimum requirements. But I am sorry to say you will not be able to play at high or medium but low at about an inconsistent 30FPS.

As you said yours is also a 210 then are you able to play it?

Yeah I think I should try to upgrade. But Now I can run bf3 in 800x600 and low at 25 fps. So I think Il be able to play on 600x480 the hitman abs. and I am a big fan of hitman series So I really want to play it.

But I only have 450 watt psu and I have heard of Bottleneck by low processors so those card will work for my pc?
I was thinking about gt 640 as it nearl matches my config.So What do you say?

I wouldn't say the one I provided bottleneck too much. But if you want to get a 640 then go for it.

and hd 7750 is 3.0 x 16 and my mobo is only 2.1x16 i think will it support?(had this doubt for a very very long time)

Go with the 7750 as it is slightly better and cheaper then.
