Assassin creed ful series
Crysis 1&2
Ghost Recon Ful series
and also COD Black Ops

please also tell me wwhich setting mid,high,ultra high

you can run all but not on max settings, your cpu is good to handle besides your card can run these games on LOW/MEDIUM settings

yup as ryqril said...u can run them but atmost on medium settings(some of them may lag at medium too)

You might have a bit of a problem with the AC games. I've seen them preform rather poorly on significantly newer machines.

"AC"= Assassins Creed series, like you mentioned you had. They may not run very well considering your graphics card.
