Ok so i want to buy 60 seconds whit Steam, Im interested have i minimal requestments?

No. The CPU doesn't meet the minimum requirement as a 2Ghz c2d is ~2x faster than a 3000+. The video card also falls well under min specs(almost 10x slower than the min requirement).
