My average internet speed is 7 megabit ( download ) and 2 megabit (upload )

Can i run multiplayer games like ( Dayz , Titanfall , COD Ghosts ) WELL with this internet speed !?

Your voice won't be affected by your internet speed. It isn't at all bandwidth intensive. You'll be fine.
