Question Can i run r7 250 with 500watt cheap psu

Can i run amd r7 250 with 500watt psu but it is not gaming psu. It is comes with cabinet

And my question is "can cheap psu run my graphic card without damage my computer"

Yes a cheap psu can indeed kill hardware if it fails.

Make and model of the PSU? A cheap PSU can come in many different shapes and sizes and price points. Might also want to share the specs to your entire build. List them like so:

It really depends upon your definition of cheap. If it came with the cabinet like you said, I wouldn't put much faith in it.

If the PSU fails, any number of components in your PC can be damaged.

Cheap power supplies can damage your computer whether you're running an R7 250 graphics card or not. However, I suspect you'd be fine running that card in that system with that power supply. It only needs to provide up to 75 watts via the PCI-Ex16 expansion slot, which most ATX power supplies are designed to do.

The card is slot powered so more than likely your fine with your current PSU. On that note most included PSU's aren't very good quality and should eventually be replaced.
