Can I run Rust on my aging PC?

I was thinking about getting Rust and playing it with my friends. However, I don't know whether if my computer can run the game based on the system requirements on steam. I have a
phenom ii x4 955, a gtx 670, and 8gb ram. What settings would I be able to run this game at good fps?

Yep gtx 670 will get the job done nicely. High setting 40+ fps
