Can I run Skyrim?

I can run Arma 3 at about 30 fps with my graphics set between standard and low, along with almost all the other settings (mainly standard though, a few highs too) and the view distance at about 1000 m, and it's enjoyable. But the question is, can I run Skyrim if I can run Arma 3? I have yet to see this question answered. If so, what do you think could be my average fps. I can't give any specs right now, since I'm not near my computer. Like... not even a few states close to it. Thanks!

I wouldn't even venture a guess - you really need to post your specs for questions like this.

The answer is most likely yes, at least on the lowest settings as Arma III is more demanding than Vanilla Skyrim.
