and i am a bit worried about the performance i will get...
Will it run on my rig??
how much fps will i get?

Sapphire r9 270x dual x OC 2Gb

Your CPU fails to meet the recommended requirements. I don't think you will have any problems playing though.

The i5-3570k benchmarks close to an i7-3770k, so I'd say you'll get high settings. Probably not ultra, as recommended specs are generally for "high".
Then again, you may hit ultra running at 1366x768.
