Question Can I undervolt my Ryzen 3 2200g with Ryzen Master?

I'd like to ask if I can UV my 2200g with RM instead since I heard UVing is a great way to reduce heat and power consumption. I am not familiar with voltages or offsets as I am completely new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UV also reduces performance on already weak CPU and GPU. It would be easier to make new or modify existing Power Saving Plan in windows so Maximum CPU is less than 100%. That way you can switch to higher performance as needed very fast.
