It says i have an "Intel HD Graphics" card, and an Intel Celeron CPU.
I wanted to upgrade my grap. card to a GTX 750 Ti 2GB, but can I? My brother mentioned that if I have the Intel gr. card, I have to upgrade both the CPU and the card.
Your PSU is rated for 250W, and for a 750ti you would want at bare minimum 300W, so I wouldn't get the 750ti for this system. Your PC was built for as is and not designed for upgrading. If you do want to get a better GPU then you'll need a new PSU too. I'd suggest looking into a new system and maybe one with a AMD A10 that combines CPU + GPU (for 720p gaming).

And about the PSU... I have no f*g idea, to be honest. https://imgur.com/a/fKnHq Here's a picture, if you can find what you're looking for. I'm not that good with all PC specs, sorry.
If you need anything else, tell me.
And yeah, I know the PC is garbage, that's why I'm upgrading it.
