[SOLVED] Can I upgrade the Lenovo A730's graphics card?

It's currently using a PCI-Express x1 and PCI-Express x16, can anything fit into those?
(I'm not a tech wiz so I don't know)
It currently has a Nvidia Geforce 740A and Intel HD Graphics 4600.
I just need to know if they're upgradeable.

That's basically a laptop. Highly unlikely you'll be able to replace the GPU.
