Can I upgrade to a triple or quad core in a acer x1200 pc

I have a acer aspire x1200 pc running a factory installed Athlon II 4850e 2.5 ghz processor off a 220w psu. Im wondering what options i have for upgrading my cpu even if it's just a higher dual core processor. Thank you.

Do you know the Model number of the Motherboard mate? As im getting googled info that it is a AMD X2 5000+ chip??

Or the above could be one of many X1200 models
