Like what he said have decent enough psu. And get the 1060 not the 960. The 960 is decent, but for games today. you'll have to drop details to like med or high to exceed playable fps. And it’s consumes the same amount of power as a gtx 1060. (300-400 watts) but the gtx 1060 is more powerful.
