I wouldn't recommend memory under 3000mhz for AMD Ryzen as it could severely impact performance, especially in gaming.

To answer your question though 2666 will work on that B450 board.

That kit should work fine on that board, be sure to enable XMP in the BIOS as that sets the correct speed, voltage & timings.

Go to pc part picker and find the board it will show you all of the supported ram speeds.
