Can i use 2fan gpu in this pc?

Shot is a little too close to really give you a definitive answer on sizing.

Measure from the backplate of that card until you hit something in the front of your case. That will tell you your max GPU length.

But other information is required:

Current GPU
Desired GPU
Power Supply
CPU/Motherboard

look at your case name and model it will tel you max gpu it could handle and the same for cpu cooler .
