Now I want upgrade the RAM with additional 16GB DDR4 2666 MHz (dual Channel). Is there any issues with that ?

I don't think there are any issues with this. If you haven't bought the 16gb yet, buy it, and see if it works. If not, you can just use the 16gb, and remove the 8gb.

you can, there will be no problem, but remember that your laptop will not run on dual channel memory, so if you want to get best performance from your laptop use 8+8gb or 16+16 gb, with same frequency
