Can I use a Bluetooth dongle in car stereo usb spot in order to have hands free music control?

Just fitted a car stereo with usb input but no Bluetooth. I'm wondering if I get a Bluetooth usb dongle I can connect with my phone to play music? Might be a daft question but I really am clueless! Thanks

Certainly BT opens the possibility with a lapel mic so you can talk, whether the PLAYER unit you just fitted has the capability for voice control only you know.
