Can i use all 3, m.2, SSD, and hard drive at once?

Motherboard: Asus Maximus X Hero
CPU: 8700k

Want the m.2 as boot
Ssd for games and other apps
Hard drive for extra storage

Yes, the motherboard has 6 SATA ports and using m.2 storage only disables one or two.
