Can i use Nvidia GTX 960 for 4K 60fps HDMI 2.0

Hi everybody,
Excuse my for my english, but am sure you will understand this.
We want to build one system, using 4K TV (49"-55") as PC monitor and to use cheapest ( to GTX 970/980) graphic card with HDMI 2.0, like Nvidia GTX 960.
The question is can i get 4K 60fps with this card or i need GTX 970/GTX 980?
I will be very happy to know can i get chroma subsmpling 4:4:4 with GTX 960 and LG 49UB8500V ( this TV suport chroma 4:4:4)?
Our choice actually is Sony 49X850B 4K TV, but i don`t know whether that series of Sony TV`s supports chroma 4:4:4?

Most likely get a very slow response and low fps @4k with a 960,

It depends on the game but generally no the GTX 960 isn't good for 4K 60 FPS. You're going to find it difficult to do 4K at 60FPS even with sli GTX 970's.

Don't expect 4K 60fps on recent games with a GTX 960. A 4K screen is around 4x the resolution of a 1080p screen. Therefore, I'd predict that at 4K on any card any game you'll get 1/4 to 1/3 the FPS that you would get a 1080p.

Witcher 3 with all ultra, hairworks on, with E3FX mod @ 4k using 2xGTX980Ti can not even hit stable 60 fps.
so...use your comparison logic for a single GTX960

if you intend on watching movies at 4k 60hz than no, as far as I know only the gtx 970's and above have HDMI 2.0

SO WE TO DO NOT THAT RISK TO BUY GTX960?
Thats why everywhere people said GTX980/970 to watch 4K HDMI 60fps, but no one talk about GTX960

if you are gaming or playing any games on your computer i would not reccomend the gtx 960 it is not good for 4k @ 60 fps

I see its interesting for you about games. I catch that. Cant play 4k 60fps games, but my question is about 4K 60fps HDMI 2.0 video. Someone have experience about that?

Because that card and TV are so much money for me and from your answers here depends which GPU and TV to buy.

You shouldn't have any issues but if a problem does happen to arise then you can come back to this thread and I'm sure someone will help you. I'm 99% sure that it will work no problem though.

Can i game on the following with 60fps and which setting is best prefer for 60fps? Games i run bf3,bf4,codaw,ghost, ac unity and syndicate. Fallout 4 and crysis3 plus bf hardline.

You should make your own thread. You have a different question than the OP, and few will be expecting to answer something else. You also have not specified a GPU, unless you plan to use the IGP, in which case you will not have good performance.
