Can i use this graphic card?

i just wanna know if i can use this inno3d raptor gt640 to my old Mobo ecs g41t-r3

when i tried to plug the vcard my computer wont power on ..

quick specs:
PSU 600watts
ram 4gb 2x2gb
windows 8.1
e6600 3.06ghz

You should be able to use that GPU in your motherboard, assuming neither is defective. Does the system work properly without the GT640 installed?

yeah the system is perfectly fine without that gt640 but like i said.. my when its plug in no power at all .. i tried to use old vcard (maybe defective) then it power up but no display in gt640 no power at all

Have you tried the GT640 in any other system to verify that it actually works?
