Question Can i use this memory?

Ok, so I am new to pc building and i have a Asus h61m-k motherboard and a intel i5-3340.
I was planning on upgrading my ram since I only have 8gb, and I ordered 16gb but they run at 1866 mhz. Now from what I saw the motherboard is capable of running 1866 but the cpu says max 1600mhz.
Can I still use the ram or should I cancel my order and reorder 1600mhz (they're about the same price)?
