Hi, today i built my first PC , but only when i booted it up for the first time i sadly discovered the ram is not compatible with the mobo , these are my spec:
CPU: i7 6700 non-k
Motherboard: ASRock Z170 Pro 4S
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX1060 TURBO 6G
RAM : Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance (2 stick )
PSU: Corsair VS650
CPU Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212EVO
Case : Corsair Carbide Spec-Alpha
Hard Disk: WD WD10EZEX Blu Hard Disk 1TB
SSD: SanDisk Plus 240GB
I connected my monitor to the gpu HDMI port and got no signal on monitor (When i press the power button all 3 fans and Cpu cooler starts spinning) , so i tried:
Only 1 stick of ram at time
No Ram
Connecting the PCIe power slot to the psu
Disconnect the GPU from the PSU
Connect monitor to HDMI Motherboard Port instead of GPU HDMI port
Then i removed the motherboard , tried again with 1 stick of ram , cleared the CMOS but still get no signal.
Later i figured out that my ram isn't compatible by the motherboard (it isn't on this list) , could this be the problem because i get no signal to monitor?
(I already tried the sticked 31 steps in this forum , and please sorry for my bad english)
