Can my 550w gold psu work with rx580 8gb

My psu is ssr-550fx and has a 9.8/10 score on johnnyguru.com. Wondering if a gigabyte/powercolor rx 580 8gb will work just fine if I just overclock my ryzen 1600x to 4ghz. Is 550w too little or should I just run my cpu at base clock. I used to pcpartpicker and it showed power consumption to be around 300-400w. Or should I just get a gtx 1060 6gb

Rx580 will be fine, tdp is 185W, CPU 65W, rest 50W, even consider overclocking, max is less than 400W. 550 has enough head room, not to mention your PSU is very good.
