Can my computer run csgo 60 fps

Hi!I recently built my new computer and was wondering if you guys think I can get 60 fps in csgo on decent settings.My processor is an AMD Athlon 860k 3.6 ghz quad core, my graphics card is an invidia GeForce GT 730 2gb, and I have 8gb of ram.If you guys can lend me a hand it would surely be appreciated!
