Question Can my dell a 4k60 display through usb c 3.2 gen 1

like the title says im looking into buying a 4k60 display and am wondering if the laptop can output 4k60 through usbc natively or through a usbc to displayport.

Display capability is not determined by USB transfer speed, so there is no way to tell from that.
