Can my Gigabyte motherboard be repaired somehow after not displaying?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 rev 3 and it is out of warranty from the shop and these components are working perfectly fine including: Graphic card, rams, processor and power supply.

Well that completely depends on the nature of the problem.

If you have a physical motherboard failure, they can be fixed, but often are much more hassle and time than they are worth (trust me). Quite often just simply finding where the physical defect is can be difficult enough, if there's no obvious signs of physical damage (I.e. damaged tracks, blown capacitors, bent pins, broken solders etc.)

But it COMPLETELY depends on what the physical defect actually is, all I would say is that usually it's much more hassle than it's worth.

Actually neither I care if it's worth or not nor how much time does it usually consume in getting repaired. All I wanna know is to just how it could be done if it's possible? And let me tell you that there's no sign of any physical damage. All it shows is no display except this everything's working fine as these should be.

Realistically again it totally depends on what type of damage has been done, or even whether the damage is at surface level or underneath. And in many cases, it's overall cheaper and quicker to buy a new motherboard than repair one. As depending on the level of the problem it's also easier to cause more damage. It's especially easier to cause more damage if you don't have the correct tooling to rectify physical problems.

So apologies for the ambiguous answer, but with respect, I think you need to diagnose it to find out how feasible it is. No display can still be a number of problems from as simple as bent / damaged connections on the display port. To physical tracks being damaged that transmit data and/or power etc.

I took the mobo this afternoon and went to the shop from where I bought it and they inserted the external graphic card then replaced the rams and it was displaying fine and they said that it has the problem with it's built-in video card so I was wondering if that's so then could it be possible if it would be repaired somehow with the right tools by experts and but after that there would be no damage by some electricity fluctuation?

Another story of rams:
After the failure of my motherboard's display I detached the two rams and inserted them into my brother's PC (Dell precision T3500) and they were working fine for months or maybe a year but not until I removed them and inserted them into my motherboard and then I went to the shop and he checked with an external video card and it was displaying but not with my two rams then I went into another shop and he inserted them into Dell 780 SFF and this time one ddr3 8gb was working but ddr3 2gb wasn't so I was thinking if somehow any config settings might've been changed during the period of Dell precision T3500 or if this could be the fault of mobo not rams if so are there any fixes in your mind?
