my motherboard is a H110M PRO-D and i have 8gb of ram along with a gtx 1060 6gb and an i5 7400,will my motherboard handle the new rtx 2070 ?

Power supply? Maybe not. Which one do you have?

CPU? Not very good. You'll bottleneck on the cpu with that graphics card.

Low amount of Ram will hold you back on certain games as well
