Can My PC Handle Intel Quad, Intel Duo?

My two motherboard models:
ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP (Intel P35, 2xPCIEx, 8-Channel Audio, LAN, 6xSATA2, 1394, 1333FSB, Wifi)
EVGA 122-CK

I am looking at:
1. 3.0GHz Intel Core Duo E6850 4MB Cache FSB 1333
2. 2.40 GHz Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 8MB Cache FSB 1066

Which ones can handle the quad? the du?

Both motherboard will handle both processors. I would go with the ASUS and the Q6600 unless you are wanting SLI then go with the EVGA.
