i want to buy a game thats 64 bit but my computer is 32 bit

Won't work.

You can run a 32bit app on most 64bit OSs, like Win 7 or Win 8. This is because they have support for both 64 and 32bit CPU kernels and system files/DLLs.

But you cannot run a 64bit app on a 32bit OS.
