If I turn the res all the way down, can I play it?

My CPU: AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G

My Graphics card: AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics
Windows 10,

The game says its minimum is:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.00Ghz (with Integrated GPU Core i7-8550U)

Graphics: GeForce GTX 650 Ti, Radeon HD 7850 1GB VRAM, Intel UHD Graphics 620

I wouldn't count on it, as your integrated graphics are far slower than the 650 Ti listed.

Saying the actual game could give more specific advice. System requirements aren't "standardized" in this sense and some games/applications are more strict about the requirements than others.

You could put a 1650 into it and it will be decently playable. You really need a proper GPU for most games in 2020; that AMD series was intended for entry-level gaming a long time ago.

Non-Super since you haven't mentioned if you have a competent PSU. While the Super is better, you'd also have problems taking advantage of it with this old CPU.

Try it, I have a 7650K which is slower with slower graphics and some games that "need" much more than my lame GPU run pretty well at lowest settings.
