Can my PC Run This GPU?

Can I run a radeon 7750 sapphire 2gb on my intel 2.93 ghz e7500 without any problems?

Yeah it has the PCI express slot.

As long as its a long x16 PCIe slot then you should have no problems as long as you have a suitable power supply.
Its recommended to have a 400W power supply for a 7750.

That's what I'm worried about. Is there way other than taking the panel off the PC to find out the wattage level?

Unfortunately not unless you can find the original specifications or instructions of your PC. Is it a pre-built PC?
Its unlikely its less than 300W so a GTX 750 or 750 Ti is always an option. These are very low power usage, extremely energy efficient GPUs with pretty decent performance. They don't need an additional 6-pin connector but can run off the 75W supplied by the PCIe x16 slot.
