Can my PSU handle R7 250?

I will only be using this machine for light gaming.
My PSU is an Antec MT350
These are my specs
Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0 @ Stock speed
4GB (1x4) DDR2-800
Asus P5K-VM Mobo
Also, does it need a 6-pin connector?

It doesn't need a 6 pin connector , You might wanna bump it up to 250X to play games at higher settings.

Your psu should be adequate. And no it doesn't require any connector as it has a very low power consumption of 65 watt.

for 900p , the 250X is more suited or the 260 .

In Bf4, you might just be able to push 55 fps low settings on 900p
