No, you need a power supply that has 2x 6pin connectors to support modern video cards (some video card only use one 6pin and one 8pin, some only 1x6pin)

That would depend on the rest of your parts the GTX 750 has a 55 watt TDP.
I would think that PSU might be able to put out 300 Watts.
